About the research
Contact and corrections
One address for error reports, new evidence and coverage requests.
We reply within 10 business days. Once a correction is confirmed, the company page is updated within 30 days.
Report an error
If a score, a source link or a note is wrong, email us with the company name and securities code, the question number (for example F4) and what is wrong. A link to the document speeds things up. Reporting an error is free, and it does not change the rules a company is scored by.
Report an error →Send new evidence (for companies)
If the review missed English material your company had published, or you have published something new since the review date, send us the link and the question number. We check it the same way as anything we find ourselves and update the score if the evidence supports it. There is no fee, and sending evidence does not lead to a mark or certification.
We only accept links to material published on your company’s public website, normally its English IR pages. We do not use files attached to emails, unpublished documents, or links that need a login or are not public. Every score has to rest on something any reader can open and check.
Send evidence →How changes are labelled
When a score changes, the change is recorded with one of these labels, its date and the previous score.
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Research error | The material was within our stated review scope on the review date, and we misread or missed it. The score is corrected and the review date stays the same. |
| New evidence supplied | The material existed on the review date but sat outside the scope we searched (for example, nothing on the English IR pages linked to it), and someone pointed us to it. The score changes from the date we confirm it. |
| Disclosure improved | The company published new or better English material after the review date. The score changes from the date we confirm it, and the earlier score stays on record. |
| Rule change | The scoring rules changed (a new version, dated on the scoring rules page) and the score was re-checked under the new rule. The score changes from the date of the new version, and the earlier score stays on record. |
Request coverage
If a company you want is not listed, send your name, title and affiliation with the company name and securities code. A link to its IR website helps. New companies are added in groups of about ten peers at a time.
Coverage is free, whoever asks for it. A request decides only whether a company is reviewed; it has no effect on the score, which follows the same published rules for every company. See Funding.
Request coverage →The buttons open a draft email; check it before sending. See also Editorial policy and funding.
